Returns

We want you to love your new CHOOZE - But if your new product is not bringing you joy, please let us know so we can make it right. We provide refunds to your original form of payment or store credit for all products that are not final sale, are in new condition (unworn), returned with all original packaging, and requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Please click here and follow the prompts for the return label. After you enter your shipping zip code and order ID, hit next, and you will then be able to print a prepaid United States Postal Service return shipping label to use to ship the item(s) back to us.. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Do not send items back through other means of shipping or we will not be able to process your return. The turnaround time to receive your credit is 1-2 weeks from the time you ship your item back to our warehouse. When your item is received your refund will be issued as long as the item(s) is in new and unworn condition.

For any items purchased or returned for 30 dollars or less, customers will be charged $4.95 for shipping. For items returned that incurred a shipping fee, the shipping fee will not be credited back and will not be refunded.


Exchanges
To serve our customers most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges.  Our products are in high demand and we cannot guarantee we will have the requested size in stock by the time we receive your exchange You will receive your correct size/color faster by placing a new order.

FAQ

How can I wash my CHOOZE shoes?
It is usually best to wipe down our shoes gently with a damp cloth and allow them to air dry.  Most of our shoes feature removable insoles that can be washed in a washing machine on cold water.  Please air dry the insoles, too.

Are your outsoles non-marking?
The outsoles on all of our play shoes (Dance, Jump, Scout, Twist, Fresh Spin, Move) are all non-marking. 

Where are CHOOZE shoes manufactured?
Our shoes are currently made in China. Our factory is required to uphold social compliance requirements, pay fair wages, and sign a code of conduct. Regular visits from our staff ensure these policies and regulations are followed.

Are CHOOZE shoes Fair Trade?
While there are no fair trade standards for footwear manufacturing at this time, we do employ fair trade principles into how we operate.


What are Vegan shoes?
Our shoes are footwear made without leather or any animal ingredients.
